ABSOLUTELY fabulous stay!
crispy bacon central location spacious room
The breakfast was awesome! I found plenty of delicious selections. I especially loved the hot cooked breakfast. The bacon was crispy. The location IS great, near restaurants and cafés.. AMAZING!
The room was slightly warm upon arrival, BUT I easily adjusted the radiator.

The staff WAS friendly and helpful.. they promptly addressed all requests. Check-in was efficient, and the team ensured my comfort throughout the stay. The attention to detail really stood out!

Really good Stay, Attention to Detail
spacious room nice amenities easy access
The room was spacious and included nice amenities. I found a kettle and a TV in my room. The shower's large size can accommodate two people! I appreciated the ease of access to bars and restaurants located downstairs. A Waitrose across the street and a Tesco Express ten minutes away provided convenient grocery options.
I experienced a minor issue . The bathroom mirror's LED lighting was insufficient. It was difficult to see clearly while using the mirror.

The executive twin room was spacious. the room included two separate beds! the bathroom had nice fluffy towels. The room temperature was perfect.
The elevator door closed a bit quickly. It startled me once.

friendly reception efficient service great location cute atmosphere
The staff at reception were friendly. I was impressed by the efficiency of the service across all departments. I found the team to be both efficient and cute with a warm atmosphere. The location was great and provided easy access to various attractions.
The temperature in the room was a bit too warm. I had some trouble adjusting it to my preference. It was a minor inconvenience but did affect my sleep slightly.

the executive twin room had two televisions. a good shower was also available. the bar was lively during evening hours.
i noticed a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. the mattress seemed battered. the parking area was quite tiny.
